Using only typographical elements, I redesigned the iconic debut album from The Strokes: Is This It, creating a vinyl sleeve. I pulled colors from the original U.S. release cover and applied them to the late-grunge, garage-band style that The Strokes used with this album. Bringing in textures from a photocopied band flyer, the vinyl redesign and poster are call-backs to the band's earliest days.
