Based out of the Twin Cities South Metro area, MVTA provides public transit to thousands of riders each month. I work with a small marketing team to develop graphics and promotional materials about our transit services, so potential riders can explore their transportation options. During my time at MVTA, I have designed bus wraps, bus shelters, marketing campaigns, social media content, banners, and more to promote our services.
MVTA Moves Commuters Campaign
Following the Covid-19 pandemic, public transit saw a sharp decline in ridership numbers. The MVTA Moves Commuters campaign looks to change that and bring ridership back to downtown Minneapolis with our Express Routes that run from the South Metro to downtown. The campaign included branding,  a ridership survey, printed materials, digital materials, social media posts, and video content. Since the campaign, overall express ridership has increased by 9%.
4FUN Route Campaign
The 4FUN route is a seasonal route, running from late April to early November, with service to some of Minnesota's most popular destinations. The route stops at Valleyfair, the Mall of America, the Twin Cities Premium Outlets, Canterbury Park, and Mystic Lake Casino Hotel. The campaign included a bus wrap, a pole wrap, internal bus advertisements, flyers, and social media posts. The campaign saw beneficial results, with a 36% increase from 2024 to 2025.
