With Denmark's popular national dish smørrebrød as the star of the show, I developed a restaurant identity named Shooting Star Smørrebrød. The name derives from a variety of the open-faced sandwich called "stjerneskud" which means shooting star in Danish. The six-pointed star in the brandmark is inspired by the Copenhagen City emblem and is closely followed by the delicious elements of the smørrebrød sandwich. The identity is geared towards both the young and busy developing workforce in Copenhagen, and the bustling tourist scene, who are interested in a fast and easy traditional Danish meal.
